The Department of Political Science and Public Administration is a discipline that analyzes and develops the economic and political activities of the public sector and its relations with the public where it provides goods and services.

This discipline, which is related to sciences such as political science, philosophy, and law, is concerned with ideas, organizations, personnel, public policies, practices, and methods that enable the executive branch of government to operate more effectively and efficiently.

Our department aims to train senior and mid-level executives who can work in the judicial, public, and private sectors and participate in political processes, providing students with an analytical and questioning perspective and theoretical knowledge. In this way, our department trains individuals who can follow current developments in the field of political science and public administration, think critically, and observe and question changes in the world.

The curriculum of the interdisciplinary Department of Political Science and Public Administration includes courses on politics, social sciences, urbanization and environmental problems, the history of political thought, local government, the phenomenon and emergence of the state, the constitution, and law.
